What's a token?
Tokens are how we measure the work Hatch does for you. Things like running tests, analyzing your data, and building recommendations use tokens. You can track token usage in your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial is free with full access. We only ask for payment when you choose a paid plan.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
You keep your account with 3000 tokens a month. Everything you've built stays. Upgrade when you're ready.
What happens if I run out of tokens?
Upgrade or wait until next month. Nothing breaks, nothing gets deleted.
Do unused tokens roll over?
No. Tokens reset each month.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term commitments, no cancellation fees.
