Founder & CEO, PopHatch

Oana Ruxandra is the founder and CEO of PopHatch, the artist business partner. She came to the United States as a refugee from Romania, and music is how she found her voice. She learned to read numbers at BlackRock, then spent fifteen years inside the music industry, ending as Chief Digital Officer at Warner Music Group. There she led a 200-person global team, grew digital revenue by $2B, and negotiated first-of-their-kind deals with Apple, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, Meta, and TikTok. Billboard and Variety have named her to their power lists more than once. She holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Columbia, and serves today on the boards of Revolve (NYSE: RVLV) and The Metropolitan Opera. She founded PopHatch on a conviction formed across her years in music: the artist is the business, and fandom is the engine the industry has yet to fully serve.
